Mom and I will be selling our wares next Saturday, October 1st and Sunday, October 2nd. We will be showcasing our new goods at Crafty Bastards in Washington DC. for the very first time. We hope all our East Coast friends can make it out to see us!

I like this table top photo from Renilde De Peuter blog. I love the flatness of these sort of shots, being able to look inside the dishes. It makes food look like treasures and the table becomes transformed into a picture plane. The experience becomes less about the table and the food and more about the color, pattern, texture and density.

Chicago Times

I just got home from a whirl wind weekend in Chicago. Mom and I had a wonderful time at the Renegade Craft Fair and as always we loved seeing many familiar faces and meeting new friends. The weather was fantastic and we got to try a Chicago dog for the very first time, it was the most beautifully colored hot dog I have ever seen. I will post pictures of our booth soon. Hope you all had a nice weekend as well and a pleasant start to your week!
